The enclosed checklist is to be used to harden Cisco Routers and assist in hardening Cisco Router network infrastructures.   

This checklist was designed to not break most applications (80/20 rule). We have taken out of this checklist items that tended to break a majority of the applications and/or networks we tested on. These scripts were meant for production corporate environments. Some of the things we've taken out reflect the reality of implementing hardening in a production enterprise environment.

Disclaimer: Make sure to test this checklist in a development environment before rolling out to production.

This is version 1.0 of this checklist.
